Revati is ruled by Lord Pushan, whose main responsibility is to guide us after we have departed our bodies. He escorts us on our next journey, whether we return to this creation in a different role or move towards salvation. He ensures that the soul's journey to its next chapter is smooth, linking the entire navigation sector to Revati.

Lord Pushan is known to understand the different paths leading to different futures and guides souls accordingly. While we are alive, he continues guiding us so that our journey progresses and we transcend spiritually, moving away from materialism and the sensual side of life.

A quotation from the Bhagavad Gita roughly says that the senses naturally become attached to sensual objects. We like and dislike these objects, but the warning is not to become attached to sensual pleasures, because they can defeat the soul's purpose and make us believe that life is only about material enjoyment. I believe this wisdom comes from Lord Pushan.

He guides us through life experience or appears in our lives in the form of a teacher. Teachers, mentors, guides, educators and trainers who help us see the right path are therefore linked to Revati, as are religious and spiritual leaders. Lord Pushan guides us not only spiritually but also towards righteousness and truthfulness, while ensuring that the journey is safe.

Ketu in Revati

When Ketu is in Revati, this first indicates a natural spiritual inclination due to a past-life association. I think the native can transcend on a spiritual plane quickly, and that realisation can occur suddenly. The native could naturally be drawn to detach from the sensual plane and move towards a spiritual one. The person could be an expert in an ancient science, and that unique knowledge could guide others.

The native may be highly intuitive. When solving a complex problem, building a strategy, finding a lost item or locating a missing person, they may instinctively say, ‘Why not look there? We have not searched there; perhaps that is where the person has gone.’
