Shravana falls in the sign of Capricorn and, as per mythology, it is ruled by Lord Vishnu.

Lord Vishnu is the preserver of the universe. He supervises every activity that takes place. He's behind the laws of nature. Lord Vishnu is the most powerful. He's all-pervading. He has defined the process and procedure behind any activity, whether it's growing fruits and vegetables through the water cycle. He's also responsible for law and order.
