Rohini Nakshatra

Rohini falls entirely in Taurus and, as per mythology, is ruled by Lord Brahma. Lord Brahma is the creator of the creation. He created the plants, animals, mountains, water streams and stars, and made sure that our earth is ecologically balanced.

A Rohini native would naturally be very creative, and that creative ability would be in abundance.

As per mythology, Rohini is considered the most beautiful Nakshatra. Lord Brahma, who created Rohini just like everything else, was spellbound by her beauty. Everything we see in this world that is very valuable and beautiful is Rohini-related.

Sun in Rohini

When Sun is in Rohini, the person is likely to have a career in finance, in agriculture, or design. Sun would always remain a natural significator of our career. I have always seen in my readings that the Sun's position is always a strong indicator of the person's career direction. The person would be very creative, but is also likely to have an ego about one's creativity.

Like we look at artists and they talk about their creations with such pride. We feel, you know what, we like your creations, but not you as a person. A Sun Rohini-like person can project such image. Sun symbolises government work, and this Nakshatra is about public service, so the person is likely to be a government worker, particularly in the field of finance. I think finance and government work, there's something common, like a tax officer. Sun is known to eradicate diseases and Rohini's a lot about nurturing and nourishment, so the person's career indirectly could be linked to the healthcare sector, like we hear stories that this person has medicines derived from a certain plant which is very therapeutic in nature. A Sun Rohini-like native is likely to have such medical practice, in my view.
