Healing society has not approved

Ashwini Nakshatra

This is the first Nakshatra and one of my favourites. As per mythology, it is ruled by the Ashwini Kumaras, whose mythology describes what this Nakshatra is all about.

Ashwini Kumaras respond to our help instantly. They have a high-speed vehicle, and they give the fruits of heaven to us immediately in an emergency.

In an emergency, we call an emergency number and receive assistance. The entire operation of responding to such calls—including the people who travel to help us—is linked to Ashwini. Rescue missions during a tsunami, war or earthquake are examples. We often hear stories of aircraft being allocated for such duties.

Rahu in Ashwini

Rahu in Ashwini can make an unconventional healer with a personal style of helping and healing others. In a film, for example, a character may say, ‘I have experimental drugs that will relieve your problem.’

Doctors using experimental drugs, treatments or methods that are not approved by society or governing bodies are Rahu–Ashwini-like. Their healing methods may be questioned or misunderstood by government bodies and authority figures. By ‘experimental drugs,’ I do not mean that the drugs will necessarily fail.

Maybe those drugs are actually helping but the issues they'll have with authority figures would be linked to related permissions and the dangers associated with using such methods. The person would be an adventure seeker, lover of travel. The person's style of solving a problem would be very unconventional. Like we say there was this issue but this person solved it in an entirely new way.

The person's style of solving problems may be unique and the solutions uncommon. Ashwini can make a smart businessperson, particularly because solving business problems conventionally may lead to limited growth.

With Rahu in Ashwini, the person may solve a problem in a way that has never been tried before. They may run an unconventional or foreign business, such as a Chinese medicine shop in France. Their selfless or divine intentions may be questioned because Rahu does not conform to these qualities. The person may therefore be misunderstood and have to face that challenge.
