Uttara Bhadrapada, as per mythology, is ruled by Lord Ahirbudhnya. Lord Ahirbudhnya is described as a cloud serpent. He's known to be the serpent residing in the atmosphere. Immediately you associate this constellation with savagery and cruelty as it's linked to the serpents.

In Uttara Bhadrapada, due to Lord Ahirbudhnya's character, this cruelty and savagery is always within reason.

Yes, this constellation represents an extreme domineering force. However, that force is used only when absolutely necessary and most importantly within reason. I think this reasonability, this maturity also comes from Saturn, which is the planetary ruler of this constellation. This is the last constellation ruled by Saturn. The best of Saturn would be seen in this constellation. Patience, perseverance, discipline, achieving mastery and fighting peacefully. I would classify an Uttara Bhadrapada native as a peaceful warrior.

Jupiter in Uttara Bhadrapada

When Jupiter is in Uttara Bhadrapada, I think the native has the ability to use one's knowledge and experience responsibly. Knowledge itself can be harmful. A chemical experiment, for example, can be a disaster if proper safety standards are not followed. A Jupiter Uttara Bhadrapada native can be relied upon to follow the rules, to follow the regulations, to follow the safety standards, whether it's a chemistry lab or training a pilot to fly an aircraft.
