Reading a chart without any context
In my experience of having read over 10,000 charts over 10 years, I have seen the accuracy of Vedic astrology. Every time I read a chart, I read it without having any context about the person. I read it only on the basis of their date, time, and place of birth. I have a picture in my mind of which profession they might be in, what might be taking place in their life currently, and whether they are likely to be married or unmarried. I then check my findings against their email.
Matching the chart with the person
When I find that I have indeed determined that the person might have a background in the care industry, and I see the email says that the person is a doctor, that builds my faith.
The second example is late marriage. For example, they're in their late 20s or early 30s, and the chart is saying they're less likely to be married. The email also says it. The third is my analysis of what might be taking place in their life, like they may not be going through a difficult time and this reading might have been born out of curiosity. When their email confirms that they lack any pressing issues, that builds my faith.
WHAT GIVES ME GOOSEBUMPS?
For instance, when the chart indicates someone is a skincare specialist, and their email states, “I'm involved in the cosmetic side of healthcare.” That kind of precise match gives me goosebumps, keeping me motivated to run my astrology business and do readings.
Vedic vs Western astrology: sidereal and tropical
The calculations that are done in Western astrology are different from the astrology that is based on the sidereal zodiac system, whereas Western astrologers use the tropical system. Therefore, there's an 80% chance that the sign you have as Vedic is a sign which is assigned prior to the one which is the sign as per Western astrology. For example, you might be born on the 5th of April. As per Western astrology, your Sun sign is Aries, but as per Vedic, it's going to be Pisces. The difference is that there are two entirely different charts.
Is Vedic astrology more accurate?
To answer the main critical question, is Vedic astrology more accurate? I can only say on the basis of my experience in Vedic charts. If I had seen that Vedic charts are not making sense in the three parameters I mentioned earlier, I might have moved away from it, and I might have followed the tropical method of assessing charts. Ever since I learned the basics and read charts professionally, I never needed to leave Vedic for better accuracy, which is my experience and final answer to this question.
