7th house is related to marriage, spouse, relationships outside of the family, business partnerships, the kind of people we attract, fame, and popularity.
Whereas the 6th house is related to the daily work routine, the nature of your job, and dealing with issues such as debt, diseases, enemies, obstacles and so accountants, doctors, lawyer, and social activists are seen from this house.
In general, if you have the 7th house lord in the 6th house then your spouse would be in the same career as you, would be of foreign origin or from a different cultural background since the 7th lord is sitting 12 places away. The spouse would be finicky about small things, would be a perfectionist, would be in a routine based job, would be solving problems on a day-to-day basis and hence would be a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant, a social activist, or involved in animal welfare, or would be a public servant of some kind. The spouse would help you deal with money problems (debt), and health issues but could also have an adverse effect on your life depending on the ruler of the 7th house. So, let’s dig a bit deeper.
If you are an Aquarius ascendant then you’ll have Sun as the lord of the 7th house, in which case you’ll attract authority figures in your life. So, the spouse would be an authority figure, would be independent, confident and influential, and would take control of your problems just like a father who takes control of the problems of the child. Since Sun is in the sign of the Cancer, the spouse would be sensitive, and emotional. You would feel very warm & comfortable in the company of your spouse. The spouse would be working in a leadership role of some kind e.g. a businessperson, a doctor, a Govt official, or a C-level executive. The spouse could also be involved in animal welfare or social work.

And since Moon is in the sign of Gemini, there would be an active exchange of emotions between you & your spouse, your spouse would share his/her problems and would encourage you to open up about your issues too. The spouse would be a counselor in the field of health care, law, animal welfare, or would be a public servant of some kind. Since Ketu is in the 6th house, both you & your spouse would need some encouragement at work – the attitude towards work would be to pay the bills and nothing more. And for that reason, both of you would avoid conflicts, competitions, disputes, and disagreements of any kind. Since Ketu is in the sign of Libra, both of you may feel detached from each other but would be connected at a spiritual level.
